.we went over the CD drawings done for the exhibition space. They are to be finalized EOD today (by Andrew and Jimi) and will be sent out to Jane, who will then forward them onto the organizers of the gallery space. Things to be changed are dimension styles and text size. More tags are needed to call out the specific spaces. Other minor changes are being addressed.
.Hayley, Caitlin, and Stephen worked on the graphics and decal ideas for the exhibition space. We talked about the decals that will represent each year including project descriptions. We decided on one shape that will run up the wall and create a defined border to separate projects. Colors are still undecided for the graphics. The box color is a possibility of YELLOW. Next week a more defined combination of the graphic decal and project layout will be presented. The entrance graphic with just text was decided on. Jane also suggested this description should give a special thanks to the Sculpture Lab. A brochure handout was also proposed and will be designed by us to take away rather than them printing a generic sheet of contributors printed black and white.
.The elevations by Ashley and Sara showed how the work would be displayed. I think a decision on spacing the work still needs to be addressed. The elevations will be defined more in combination with the graphics team.
. The material list was done by Hanna and is being further defined this week so that we can start to collect materials needed. It was proposed that it would be completed by EOD today with the help of Ashley. We still do not have a time or date for a trip to the materials for the arts.
.A design for the perforated hole wall will be completed by Hayley and Larissa. This design will be e-mailed for everyone to review by Tuesday and then sent to the Sculpture Lab for fabrication.

Selection of work:
seniors will be showing a sneak peek of senior thesis work for the upcoming show on April 21st. We are asking that the seniors put some of their thesis slides on a 5x7 setup which will be hung from their perspective(s). an e-mail will be sent out by Caitlin.
juniors will be having an average of 3 boards per project to display. Plus some models inside the cube.
We need more work from the sophomores but don't seem to be obtaining any. The competition that Rik's class just completed will be printed and displayed along with some projects being projected.
freshmen will be displaying conceptual boxes, drawings, and physical books
*A selection of all of the work will be sent to Jane and other faculty to add recommendations to the final decision.
